Any item purchased from Falloon.com may be returned within
60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
To request a return label, fill out this form, then click on the "Submit" button.
Customers in the lower 48 states will receive a pre-paid UPS Ground label.
Customers outside the lower 48 states are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you have a working ink jet or
laser printer connected to your computer, select "I have a ink jet or
laser..." option and you will receive a link by email that will allow you
to print a UPS Ground return label on your printer. Otherwise you will receive the return
label by regular mail.
Refunds will be processed
as soon as the returns are received. Items paid for with credit card will be
refunded to the
credit card used for the original order. Orders originally paid through
PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. Orders originally paid with a
GiveAnything gift certificate will be refunded to the GiveAnything
certificate. All others will be by money order or company
check.
